DEPOSIT POLICY
Black Dragon Tattoo & Gallery prefer that deposits & appointments be made in person to give you the opportunity to consult with a staff member concerning details and information regarding what you are having done. Details & information include the following: cost, size, colors, body placement, lettering styles, cover-ups, touch ups, tattoo session time length, amount of sessions, etc.

-
Every tattoo *MUST* pay a 100% non-refundable deposit $100.00, this is applied to the cost of your tattoo and hold your appointment time.
-
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. PERIOD!
-
The non-refundable deposit is your "promise" that you will show up on time at the schedule date and time given for the tattoo session.
-
All tattoo deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE from the time of booking.
-
The deposit will come off the final price of your tattoo but will be kept to cover the tattoo artists time/work if you choose not to get tattooed.
-
Any pre-payments made towards the purchase of your tattoo will be subject to the same conditions as per your deposit.
-
Transferable deposit means you can "give" your appointment to someone else, but it cannot be refunded.
-
If you provide an hour notice of cancellation, your deposit will remain in good standing.
-
Clients who arrive an hour late or more without notifying the artist BEFORE the start time of their appointment will forfeit their deposit and the appointment will be CANCELLED. A new deposit will be required to reschedule the missed appointment.
-
Clients who arrive 30 minutes late will have to consult with the tattoo artist about their schedule appointment.
-
Please note there can be circumstances where your artist may be running behind on the day of your appointment. Some artists have a longer waiting period than others due to higher demands for their work. Please realize that each artist is only one person and can only do a certain amount of work in one day. It is not guaranteed on the day of your appointment you will walk straight to the tattoo chair. Just like a doctor appointment they have you to sign-in and fill out some forms. It may take a minute before you see the doctor. Tattoo shops are the same way so please bear with us.
